Working as a communications professional in the field, I often hear how challenging it can be to talk about preventing sexual abuse, assault, and harassment. The American Rescue Plan (ARP) Act of March of 2021 provided millions of dollars in funding for rape crisis centers to help support sexual assault survivors and continued delivery of victim support services.
